Who this policy covers

The Travel Spark Company LLC operates Tourism Panama City Beach, an independent informational travel guide at tourismpanamacitybeach.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this website, contact Support, subscribe to the newsletter, or follow referral links. It does not replace the privacy notices of accommodation providers, tour operators, booking platforms, or other websites you choose to use.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, we receive the contact details and message you submit, including any information you choose to include. We use them to understand the enquiry, respond, investigate a correction or problem, and keep a record of the correspondence where needed.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address and subscription preferences to send the updates you request and manage your subscription. Brevo provides newsletter and email delivery services. Subscription and delivery records help administer the mailing list and respect requests to stop receiving marketing messages.

Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, passport copies, or sensitive personal documents through the contact form. Information required to make a travel booking should be provided directly to the booking provider through its own process.

To limit repeated contact submissions, we keep short-lived counters based on salted hashes of the request IP address and email address. These counters contain no raw address or message. Network counters expire after 15 minutes and email counters after one hour; those periods do not describe the retention of correspondence, delivery records, or hosting logs.

Information associated with website use

Website hosting and security services process technical information associated with requests, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and the time of a request. This information supports delivery of the website, investigation of errors, and protection against spam, misuse, and security threats.

Some activity photographs load from travel providers’ image servers when you view a page. Those services receive technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver the image.

Referral links can record that a visitor clicked through to a travel provider. Depending on the link, records can include the referring page, the destination link, the time of the click, and an identifier used to attribute a referral. A provider or affiliate network may connect that referral with a later booking under its own arrangements. We use referral information to operate links, understand referrals, and account for commissions.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies and similar storage can support site functions, remember choices, and help connected services recognize a browser or referral. Some functions are needed for security or to carry out a request; optional functions may have separate choices. Retention and security

Information is retained according to the reason it was collected, ongoing correspondence or subscriptions, operational needs, and applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period can differ between a contact enquiry, a subscription record, a technical log, and information needed to resolve a dispute. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period for every record.

We use measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in messages.

Newsletter and privacy requests

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop receiving the newsletter. You may also contact Support about your subscription. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent a response to an enquiry you separately send us.

Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restriction, or an objection to particular uses.
